 {{{bp_activity_single_at_mentions_notification}}} allows me to pass
 {{{$item_id}}} and {{{$secondary_item_id}}} to my filter function where as
 {{{bp_messages_single_new_message_notification}}} doesn't.

 Please see attached patch. Would this be possible? It would help as I need
 to use {{{$secondary_item_id}}} in my filter function to display the
 messaged member's avatar.
