 As I look over these I can't see anything I would particularly change
 given what we are trying to accomplish.  I really like the changes I see,
 particularly in the messaging and profile areas.  Coming from the angle of
 a BuddyPress Developer, my goal from here would be to make the markup
 adhere to standards and be as clean as possible.  That way it would have
 the advantage of:

 1) Being usable as well as attractive out of the box
 2) It would be skinnable, ie a developer could apply basic css to it to
 change colors and simple styles.
 3) Layout could be changed if desired (this one is bit of a stretch but
 not out of the realm of possibility by any means...I've done it to the
 default template)

 You won't hear much more from me regarding usability, etc as my passion is
 more toward code and standards.
