 I was always of a mind that with template packs a eventual reality that
 this was the principle that could be followed.

 Based on the given symbiosis between markup and CSS, with CSS able to add
 almost virtually any visual layout to the markup structure as was it's
 purpose we ought to essentially have one set of template files that tend
 to remain unchanged once they are worked out and then new packs can be
 rolled out with essentially the work being carried by CSS.

 Structuring those templates regardless of what visual style we may decide
 on is certainly going to be an important next step.
