 Hi,

 The Add New group link in the Group Admin UI is available in the Edit
 screen (when editing a group) and not in the index screen (when listing
 all groups).

 I think it would be great if this link was available in the index screen
 instead of the edit screen.

 I've added a diff just in case ;)
