 We should automatically download a translation for BuddyPress, and keep it
 up to date, if the user has a locale set. Attached file is a working
 proof-of-concept that you can drop into mu-plugins.

 This is important to do because we make it very hard at the moment for
 people to discover that translations are available; glotpress' UI is not
 meant for end users, and we don't do a great job of exposing the rosetta
 sites on bporg.
