 Hi,

 I've just noticed that if the component Account Settings is not active and
 if the super admin goes to a member profile, then the Edit Member menu of
 the WP Admin Bar contains 3 submenus. The third one (Delete Account) leads
 to a 404 as the Account Settings is not active. I suggest to add a check
 for this component before adding the submenu to WP Admin Bar. I've added a
 patch to this ticket.
