 If you are using a child theme of bp-default, copy /wp-
 content/plugins/buddypress/bp-themes/bp-default/activity/post-form.php to
 your theme.  (Make sure you keep the subdirectory structure intact.)

 Then, make your changes in your theme's post-form.php.
