 Looks like /group/admin/edit-details 'Notify group members of changes via
 email' has no means of checking  for set value, at present it simply has a
 hardcoded 'checked=checked' for the 'No' input

 Can't see where we get this value; bp-groups-template.php constructs
 checked values for $group->enable_forum, $group->status but notify setting
 isn't stored in groups_template.
