 When you install bbPress it creates a forum tab on each group. This should
 not happen unless you activate forums on that group.

 There really needs to be an option put back into the component admin
 screen that allows you to turn off the group forum option site-wide. If
 you want a site with separate forums from groups it's silly to have a tab
 that says "forums" and then an option to turn it on when you have no
 desire to run group forums.
