 It would be really handy to have tools (similar to bbPress) for repairing
 relationships related to BuddyPress. Recently needed to recount friends
 for each user after a migration, only to find there wasn't anything to do
 this, so here is a first pass at it. Tried to keep things similar to
 bbPress's implementation for simplicity.
