 Just referencing the chat we had about this in the dev chat because I
 think it helps with some of the possible thinking of solutions:

 My own feelings are adding something to the WP Menu interface that isn't a
 page or post isn't a good idea. However, perhaps this should be looking
 more at reviewing the login widget.
