 Hello,

 I [http://br.forums.wordpress.org/topic/descobrindo-o-nome-do-membro-para-
 menciona-lo?replies=1 was asked] how to know usernames across the website
 without visiting their profiles, so we are able to mention people more
 easily.

 Right now, we have to visit the user profile to know their nicenames (see
 image)

 The suggestion is to display the nicename/mention name in the tooltip
 instead the full username.
