Comment:

 This sounds like an issue with Akismet blocking the activity item, but
 BuddyPress still allows the forum post to go through because forum posts
 are not handled by Akismet.

 If this issue exists on your BP site, try navigating to your profile and
 click on "Forums > Topics Started".  You should be able to view your forum
 topics this way.

 If you're referencing this issue on buddypress.org, then unfortunately,
 you cannot view your topics at the moment.
