 BuddyPress's xprofile component is not built in a way to make these sorts
 of queries scalable. The rewrite of the main user query (using
 `BP_User_Query`) for 1.7 is a step in the right direction, but a lot of
 large architectural changes have to take place before it's feasible to
 include this kind of functionality in BP core.
