Comment:

 In capture.png, Chrome's on left, IE9 on right. I could not recreate any
 problems with the spinner graphic. Only thing I could see was this bottom
 margin difference. If anyone wants to patch this, please feel welcome to
 do so, otherwise this isn't likely to get addressed before the theme
 rework in BP 1.7.
