Comment:

 Just created diff to move this ticket more faster. Diff removes hardcoded
 wp_filter_kses and introduces `bp_activity_update_before_save` filter.

 Is there any particular reason for using `wp_filter_kses()` instead of
 `bp_activity_filter_kses()` what we use on other filters?
