 I can't reproduce this. Mine is accurate to the minute. And it's hard to
 guess what might be causing this issue.

 The only thing I can think of is that your PHP time is not the same as
 your system time. Are timestamps accurate through your BP and WP
 installations? Is there any chance that you can do some deeper debugging
 to see where the conversion is going amiss?
