 (In [6124]) Fixes regression in bp_current_user_id()

 In 1.5.x and earlier, bp_current_user_id() returned the id of the
 currently
 _displayed_ user, rather than the logged-in user. This changeset reverts
 to the old behavior.

 Fixes #4280
