 When I want to preview a new theme, and click on the Live Preview link, I
 get the following message:

 Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Document_Revisions_Admin in
 /home/tucsonsam/tucsoninfo.org/wp-content/plugins/wp-document-
 revisions/includes/admin.php on line 9
