 Maybe this was intentional? I just installed 1.6 beta 2 onto my dev site.
 Settings -> Buddypress -> Forum tab. I saw that it said "Configure
 Sitewide Forums", which was different than what I see in my 1.5.6 live
 install. So I clicked it and the popup window comes up and instead of
 loading just a config screen for the forum, I get the entire admin sidebar
 navigation as well. Additionally, the windows are a bit messed up. I am
 attaching an image to better explain that.
