 The Friends feature is not intuitive and really does not do anything in
 the current version of BP. Would like to see an Admin Option to be able to
 turn it off. I am getting numerous questions from our user community on
 what it does and why it does not do anything. It would be much better if
 the feature was not present until it had utility.
