 In a multisite configuration, the Log In link in the admin bar will
 redirect users to the core domain of that multisite.

 eg. Clicking the Log In link on http://openglam.org/ will take you to the
 login page for http://okfn.org.

 Problems:
  * This logs you in to the wrong site. The cookie is attached to the
 okfn.org domain; openglam.org still doesn't know who you are.
  * Logged-in users are redirected to the okfn.org front page. They should
 be redirected to the referring page.

 Non-technical site admins of sub-sites in our network are using their "Log
 In" links and find themselves unable to administrate their own websites;
 they have to be told to type (for example) http://openglam.org/wp-admin in
 their address bars.
