 Links still exist (eg. on BuddyPress' Trac front page) to
 buddypress.org/register which no longer works. Users need to work out for
 themselves that they should sign up for Wordpress.org instead and then
 come back here to use those credentials!

 Simplest fix is to forward buddypress.org/register to the wordpress.org
 registration form.
