Comment:

 (In [6653]) When adding groups to the main navigation, get the user's
 total groups count from bp_get_total_group_count_for_user() instead of
 groups_total_groups_for_user(). Fixes #4690, props magnus78

 bp_get_total_group_count_for_user() is a more recent wrapper function for
 groups_total_groups_for_user() which runs the return value through a
 filter.
