 I think this will probably work, but I'll need to think more about the
 different scenarios. Don't want to end up with a situation where the old
 plugins.php (with header/footer) is called into the theme compat version
 of home.php. Should look at some old, pre-BP_Group_Extension plugins to
 see if that's a possibility.
