 As part of the Group Admin screens (#4414), some enhancements will need to
 be added to bp_group_has_members(). Specifically, it must be possible to
 filter group members based on their group role (admin, mod, member,
 banned). Currently, bp_group_has_members() supports 'exclude_admins_mods'
 and 'exclude_banned' arguments; the function should be refactored so that
 it internally translates these arguments to a proper list of queried
 member types.
