 Fair enough but I dissagree from a UX point of view. The majority of
 people who will install 1.7 will not understand how to work the loop.
 There is already the option to disable activity but having 3 different
 feeds can be overwhelming.  There should at the least be an option to turn
 off group activity on a group per group basis just like forums.
