Comment:

 (In [6261]) Fire widget AJAX handlers on wp_ajax_nopriv_ actions, in
 addition to wp_ajax_

 This ensures that the group and member widget AJAX continues to work for
 logged-out users when ajaxurl points to admin-ajax.php.

 Fixes #4464
