 Get rid of the top admin/tool bar.

 It more or less works for WordPress as it is meant for site admins,
 editors and authors. The bulk of users of the site never log in and never
 have to see the bar.

 This is not the case in BuddyPress. *All* users are supposed to log in. As
 a site admin, I don't want to saddle end-users with things like this bar,
 however cool it may seem in WordPress. I want to present my site in the
 theme of my choice very simply.
