 questions. Sorry to disappoint :)

 What do you mean by "I am unable to delete the group"? Do you get an error
 message? What does it say? Or do you simply not see a Delete link? Or is
 there something else that's gone wrong?

 Also, what theme are you using? What BP group-related plugins?
