 I'm not able to reproduce this. Can you share more information about your
 setup?

 - Have you done any customizations to your Toolbar?
 - Are you seeing the same problem anywhere else in the theme (aside from
 the "Howdy" dropdown in the toolbar)?
 - Could you please copy the HTML markup that is resulting in the funky
 display, and paste it here, so that we can see exactly how the syntax
 looks?
