 I've just tested, and this works. There is a forum post from the reporter
 at http://buddypress.org/community/groups/how-to-and-
 troubleshooting/forum/topic/bp_has_members-filter-typeonline-is-not-
 working/.

 If you can share some more of your template on your forum topics, we'll
 work with you to figure it out. It doesn't appear to be a bug in
 BuddyPress.
