 1) Can you reproduce this issue when using the BuddyPress Default theme?
 2) Is the Forums component activated at Dashboard > BuddyPress >
 Components?
 3) Have you associated a WordPress page with the Forum component, at
 Dashboard > BuddyPress > Pages?
