Comment:

 The more I think about it, the more I think that this might cause more
 confusion than it's worth. Having too many entry points for creating a
 single kind of content, especially when it overlaps with the UI for other
 content types, seems like it's generally a bad thing.

 At the very least, it seems like this is plugin territory. Close?
