 My site is still a local test.The part of the URL that comes after my
 domain is : /groups/文化/.After the "groups" is Chinese.When I copy the link
 to a new window and press Enter,it said Page Not Found.However, it's OK
 when in the original window to refresh.
 I think this is a bug compatible with Chinese language.
