 @boonebgorges Just wanted to give my reasoning (because now I feel like I
 need to explain myself :)) as to why I said they are related. In order to
 use WP_User_Query in all it's glory, we need BP user_meta to be in the WP
 user_meta table. Having BP sync with related WP profile fields is an added
 bonus, but not neccessary. Therefore, what happens with #3335 directly
 effects the code needed for this ticket. So while not directly related,
 they are causally related.

 @joevansteen boonebgorges is right. This isn't the proper place for this
 discussion, but feel free to repost this on #3335. I know you have posted
 in a more limited way on that ticket already, so you may not want to
 repost your above comment. The only reason there has been no in depth
 discussion on #3335 is because it wasn't quite time to work on that
 ticket. It was outside the scope of 1.5 (1.3), but for 1.6+ discussion
 should pick up.
