 After 2-5 minutes of inactivity, the Who's online widget shows the user
 not online even though they are still logged in.

 You can simulate this by:
 installing the who's online widget.
 logging two users on.
 wait 2-5 minutes then refresh one of the users page and it will not show
 the other logged in user online.
