Comment:

 Confirmed. We should probably do a duplicate post check like WordPress
 does for comments (http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/3.2.1/wp-
 includes/comment.php#L619). Too late for 1.5, but we should be able to
 sneak this in shortly thereafter.
