Comment:

 The new Twitter also displays a notice when new tweets are available at
 the top of feed. It would be great in BP, instead of having to manually
 refresh the page / click on the Activity Stream tab. Perhaps it'd just
 automatically refresh ever X seconds as set in Admin backend, so we could
 set it depending on what our server is capable of. I know SocialEngine
 does this as well ("Update Frequency:")
