 3595.03.patch looks nice in all browsers I've checked, and it seems like
 the most elegant solution presented so far. The change in the styling here
 is, IMO, less intrusive than in 01.patch, as it doesn't change the height
 of any elements.

 Feedback from another dev, who knows their browsers better than I do?
