 I'll leave it to someone more quailfied than me to determine if this is
 resolved or not, but a quick test with IE9 seems to work fine with r-a-y's
 patch! Thanks very very much to r-a-y and everyone who responded! What a
 great community...awesome work!

 I noticed radius corners are still broken with IE9 in default mode, but
 work now in compatability mode. I'm off to see if someone has a ticket
 going on that now...thanks again everyone!
