Comment:

I've recreated this bug on a custom config of Firefox 7.

 If [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Network.http.sendRefererHeader
network.http.sendRefererHeader] in Firefox is set to zero,
wp_get_referer() is always false, which gives the WSOD blank page after
login or any other page that requires wp_get_referer() when using
bp_core_redirect(). Another example can be found when a user
 [http://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/1.5.1/bp-friends/bp-
 friends-actions.php#L75 adds a friend].

This bug basically exists for all versions of Firefox.

Do you think it's wise to check if wp_get_referer() is empty? If so,
redirect to a valid page? It's a pretty edge case scenario for people who
 like to tweak Firefox.

I'm going to reopen this ticket, but feel free to close if it's too minor.
