 Having a think about this, and will be attempting to set aside a little
 time to help out.

 I was thinking this was almost simply a profile with nearly all components
 other than activity stream disabled , members, groups, forums etc and just
 run on the main user profile, your only ever interested in what you / your
 friends are posting no need for members listing or the other BP parts.
