 I thought you? moved alot of the settings into site_options to make
 certain types of upgrade and setting storage easier.

 Would these new options be required for BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG or the new
 multinetwork? If the former, does this mean BP 1.2.8 has a incomplete
 implementation, or has another change broken it?
