 I would suggest changing the order of some sections because of how CSS
 renders.

 The main elements should be defined first like "Structure", "Text
 Elements" and "Forms" (you could move "Structure" to the third position if
 desired).  These should be put directly after "Reset".

 Like karmatosed says, this definitely '''thorough testing''' because some
 elements might look a little out of place afterwards.
