 When you open Components submenu and Click save settings in BuddyPress
 r4077, It redirects to WordPress dashboard because the redirect url is not
 correct for multisite.

 here is a patch to fix that and a few more issues In bp-core-admin.php.
 The fixes includes:-
 -Component Options saving & redirect properly for wp 3.1 multisite
 - Correct Link to Multisite Theme Install/activate page and Multisite
 Plugin Install/Activate Page for Installation wizard(because we have
 different Network admin/Theme/Plugins menus for Multisite now with wp
 3.1).
