 @paul Checking through the patch I notice that empty clearing divs have
 been added to the bp_dtheme_blog_comments() functions markup these need to
 be removed, if 'overflow: hidden' causes issues  - as it can in certain
 circumstances - then the clearfix technique ought to be used and rulesets
 added to style file.
