 In r3955, a bunch of new admin actions were added to the BuddyBar (delete
 all x's activity, delete all x's inbox, etc). None of them seem to do
 anything.

 We either have to build something that catches and handles all of these
 actions, or remove them from the buddybar altogether, at least for this
 release. I vote for the latter, at least for now. For BP 1.3.1 we can talk
 about whether it makes sense to include all of these links. I tend to
 think that they are overkill, but I could be persuaded otherwise.
