 Real nice. Smooth like butter.

 I spotted an issue when "group admins and mods only" is picked. I made the
 fix in bp_groups_user_can_send_invites() and also checked for
 bp_group_get_invite_status() returning false, and some minor whitespace
 cleanup. Patch attached.
