 Scanned the patch quickly and yes much beter to pull out the array back to
 the group-template I didn't like it sitting in admin.php felt wrong, not
 getting the string format at the moment.

 One thing this may stop me doing though is running my array count as
 presently I'm counting the $admin_ids and comparing that to a $i++ running
 in the while loop to get a ===
